Extremely good bonuses for high performers, but not sure how long that will last. Cisco has been cutting them back slowly for several years.

Very politically assigned by managers. iF NOT IN GOOD GRACES OF YOUR MANAGER, YOU WILL SEE A DIFFERENCE.
Unfortunately, only higher job grades get sizable bonuses. Lower than grade 12 don't feel a huge difference unless an super-exceeding performance. This needs to be leveled across grades to help real performers.

Overall the performance process was long and cumbersome and you usually got a bonus unless you had a really bad review.

Bonus has been paid out even in years that Cisco didn't do well. Top performers often get 150% to 200% of their bonus.
