I did not have benefits while employed as a contractor at Collabera.

NO Benefits if you are on contract job

Basic Healthcare - nothing crazy

The benefits package was adequate, for a single person in their 30's it was around 200/month and had better than average coverage

Holy cow is it expensive! I would have negotiated a much higher hourly rate if I'd known. HSA ONLY - very high deductibles.

The 401K account was set up automatically when I became an employee but I never participated in it. I was researching the health package when my contract ended so I never got to use it.

They have 401k and med/dental package even thought the company they stagfed me with doesn't offer one

The benefits they offer to full time contractor employees is the the most expensive and worst I have experienced so far. For medical alone, almost $500/month for a single person with no doctor copays and $2,500 hundred dollar deductible. They could have negotiated a better deal due to the size of the company and number of employees .

Benefits package offered by Collabera is in line with the industry. It could be better by providing more healthcare provider choices and lower premiums.

Best : Vacation and PTO are very nice and they are flexible with your schedule. Worst: The benefits plan is pricey and not the best.
