Nice 401k matching program, especially after COVID. Currently matching 4% if you contribute 5%, with 100% vested.

Adding dependents can get pricy.

Pto is excellent. Health insurance is pricey (but expensive everywhere).

401 K is great to have

The benefits package includes the basics, but nothing extraordinary. Benefits include fitness and transportation expense reimbursements.

HSA company contribution is almost non existent. They offered a vaule plan insurance due to increasing costs. No-one could find doctors that took the plan the company offered offered. Word got out that the CEO could not get care for a medical issue. Only then were we offered an option of 2 plans. And of course the plan that most doctors participate in is at a much higher cost

Standard PTO with bank holidays

The benefits are great but salaries are not competitive.
