I was a bit worried about value of benefits when moving to such a large company, but I've been pleasantly surprised. There are multiple choices for medical benefits, and the premiums are tiered based on your salary - lower salary=lower premium. Free vision, and dental insurance is on par with every other place I've worked. Retirement is on par with other company's I've worked at with the ability to get a 5% match, and Computershare also offers an Employer Stock Purchase Plan.

Network isn’t great but paid family leave and tuition reimbursement are a bonus.

The fact that you access Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k matching, Charitable gift matching, Maternity Leave and discounted Employee stock plan day one is incredible. They also have a healthy PTO package that you use as needed, no need to separate sick, personal or vacation days.

Pretty good coverage of 401k and health insurance plans

Pretty standard, but very limited PTO carryover and restricted Health Insurance options definitely hurt the overall package.
