Job Training

It is an easy job so if you are able to listen and retain knowledge, the training is easy.

The training is only useful if you are a problem solver and seek to find answers yourself when "standard" problems are encountered.

It depends on the manager. The job training starts out as you working on the floor and then leads up to cashiering. That's nice because you don't get in over your head too quickly; especially if it's the first retail job you've had.

I feel like some things you have to learn on your own

I felt my training was very spotty. The managers never were on the same page either.

Training lasted for 3 days where they coach you into the position and teach you about the company and its values

Trainings are given in short amount of time but refreshed along the way as associates are getting new huddle for store operation and other formats

It was pretty thorough, included basically a day of watching videos and completing assessments/quizzes. It was fairly easy, especially because you aren't trained for cashier at the entry level.

really good training, kind of felt like i ws back in highschool. made me fill out packets
