i loved the training, it was on a tablet, there were interactive videos and games, very creative and hands on. training took any where from 2-5 four hour shifts.

Managers are over loaded with their work load and when you add training another body into the mix it can makes things chaotic because you essentially are multi tasking running floor, running shipment process and training to give your new hire attention. One of the few companies that does the volume to not have district/regional training managers to facilitate training for a consistent and thorough experience.

Was given a tablet to complete the training in, then I was thrown onto the sales floor without knowing anything. Even after working there for several months, a manager would ask me to do something and I wouldnt know how to do it

Training is divided between hands-on and training using an iPad. One or the other may not get totally completed.
