The worst thing about the benefits package is that EY does,'t have a benefits package.

Benefits package really limited compared to other peer firms

The bonus highly depends by the end year evaluation: in case of over performances only the 75% is released, taxes excluded. No other benefits exists if you are not at least a manager.

Working for EY has been a very interesting experience. I worked for the Audit Service Line. From the very first day you are asked to "learn on the job" and you are asked to quickly understand and put in place what has been asked to you. This approach allows to learn technicalities and organisational skills very fast. It is a very good experience that allows you, then, to move to other industries. The benefits package is the same as for other BIG 4 companies in Italy (they all give you the same salary), altought it is competitive compared to similar junior position in industrial corporation.
