The benefits package is very "meh". They only have a 401K match for 2%, and that was only implemented in 2019. The rest of the benefits are pretty average. The best part is the "unlimited" time off. They do not track sick and vacation days, your time off is a negotiated with your manager and is need based. In other words, asl long as the rest of the team is OK with you being gone, you can take the time off.

every year Eagleview has changed insurance companies. also every year we get a new benefits administrator whom has to learn the insurance then try to explain this to us and it is always confusing when they explain. then when you call her for help in questions she doesn't know what she is talking about.
