Seems to be the new trend with health benefits: "consumer driven" health plans aka high deductible catastrophic coverage. Used to have decent coverage with reasonable co-pays, now it's 100% out of pocket until you hit your 4-figure annual deductible. Dental/Vision is standard. No 401k matching. Flexible time off is a plus.
