The company provides a fully stocked kitchen to make a sandwich, heat up oatmeal, or grab a snack. Unfortunately there's no stove top or toaster. There's a new 401k Match that started this year for .5% up to 4%. So to get the full match, you contribute 4% and get 2% from the company and it takes 4 years to fully vest. Unlimited PTO for salary employees, and they provide an ORCA card or partially subsidized parking in the garage downstairs. Pretty good healthcare, and it's inexpensive- for an individual high deductible plan I pay $40/month.

There is a gym at work, 2 yoga classes, many different wellness initiatives in place at EagleView, free food in the breakroom. We have dental, healthcare, and eye care that is covered under Cigna, which is ok, but it is tough to at times find doctors that take Cigna
