Not amazing but not too horrible either. Everyone receives the standard health, dental, eye insurance. 401k option but NO matching. Fully stocked kitchen with 75% of food that would potentially cause health-related illness. Ping-pong table is nice. Vacation time is fair.

As of 2016, there's two healthcare plans; high deductible and a co-pay plan. 90% and 75% company paid. Vision, dental, medical, and some small additional things (like free phone counseling sessions, great bonus structure, 401k (a financial adviser comes in a few times a year!), a fully stocked kitchen, and workout classes! There's biweekly yoga in the Bothell office, and our Rochester office has a full gym! What's not great is the company doesn't match 401k contributions.
Generous PTO for hourly employees, but for salaried employees it's an open, non-accrual structure. You take what you need, and it's not tracked.

Excellent PTO plan that starts accruing immediately and all health benefits start the first of the month after you are hired which is awesome! There are two Blue Cross plans to choose from, a dental plan, flexible spending accounts and a health care savings account. The company provides food so you can eat all of your meals here, a soda fountain and espresso- everything is FREE!

Large kitchen stocked with food. PTO accrues at a healthy rate but no sick pay. No 401k match. Medical coverage is decent.
