Their benefit package isn’t bad if you ever work for them long enough to receive it or even apply for benefits. I would bet that you wouldn’t get to that point though or very few people ever do.

I felt that the benefits were very expensive and It was very difficult to file a claim if you had to go to the doctor

Health insurance was $80/week for terrible coverage. Ended up getting my insurance through healthcare.gov. Dental and vision insurance were reasonable though.

Pretty good coverage with UHG healthcare and Delta Dental Vision. 401K matching is pretty good.

Benefits were horridly expensive and not even worth it.

Birthday off without taking PTO! Also get a philanthropy day of your choosing each year. Health benefits are good for FTE (dental no co-pay, good vision coverage). Management always approves PTO (if you give notice) and respects your time away.

Benefits might as well be non-existent for contractors. Before Obamacare you would have catastrophic health insurance plans but now you can't even get those. The UnitedHealthcare MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) is pointless because it ONLY covers wellness visits and checkups, if you or your family have any sort of sickness you will be up a creek without a paddle. The actual full plan isn't available until after a few months of work, and even then it costs about $550 a week.
PASS on the healthcare. Do yourself a favor and get your own plan outside of this.
401k is 50% match on 1% after your first year, then 25% match up to 5%.

Best is your options for health/vision/dental, there are pretty decent plans with good coverage. Worse is the lack of the soft benefits- no PTO, no maternity/paternity leave, etc.
