They had excellent vacation and paid time off at ExxonMobil. I was very happy with the amount of vacation and paid time off offered by the company.

Decent amount of vacation for beginning but Doesn't increase until year 5(or end of year 5 not sure). Comp time policy not good at all. Especially with no extended pay on turnarounds.

There was no paid time-off. Vacation's had to be made known to the employer at least two weeks before you were leaving town.

Early career people get two weeks a year, this gets moved up to 3 weeks a year after 5 years. 4 weeks after ten years, 5 weeks after 20 years, 6 weeks after 30 years.
