Job Training

I was not fully trained at Five Guys until I was employed for 6 months. I wish that I was cross trained within the first two months of hire.

The good store I worked at had very extensive training for employees and management. I acquired a lot of life skills that I never thought I'd receive from flipping burgers.

The job training itself was great, but I had a great trainer. Not everyone is meant to be a trainer.

We train while you are working so you get a feel of how hard it is to work plus get the knowledge you need to work.

I was impressed at how detailed the training process was, however the employees didn't all follow the standards or had even been through the same training process. How can you expect everyone to know the same details without giving them the same equal opportunity during training?

Patient and friendly managers that will work with you. You will learn a new way to do thing proper.

You may apply for one position, but Five Guys like to train employees on every kitchen position.
