Health insurance in this country has become useless for most families. Deductibles are too high and benefits are too low.
Many employees are better off without insurance due to the high cost of premium and deductibles.

Most employees at Flex are contract. So our benefits package actually comes from our job agency and not directly from Flex itself. The package of the contract employee is not very good at all and most employees opt our of it
