Accumulation of their vacation/paid time off is low and you don't receive this benefit until 90 days. But it is better than nothing.

For managers it's good because we accrue vacation by hours worked. For employees they get only 16 hours a year. The bad part is a lot of times they give you a hassle about taking time off even though you earned it.
