I'm afraid to take vacation days, but I know that working the day before or after the big holidays will grant you floating holiday hours which can be used whenever you would like, except for October and around Thanksgiving/Christmas.

The sick and vacation time racked up so slow and after 5 years they give 40 of vacation. Do 260 weeks for 1 week thanks a lot.
