Vacation & Paid Time Off

It is very hard to accumulate a significant amount of hours to take an actual vacation.

You don't have to use all of your PTO. If its 40 or below then you keep it.

Although they are generous with their Paid Time Off, employees are required to use it for each holiday.

I'm afraid to take vacation days, but I know that working the day before or after the big holidays will grant you floating holiday hours which can be used whenever you would like, except for October and around Thanksgiving/Christmas.

The sick and vacation time racked up so slow and after 5 years they give 40 of vacation. Do 260 weeks for 1 week thanks a lot.

about average, could be better but open 7 days a week except a couple major holidays

Not enough days, need time away to refresh and adjust.

They allow one unused week of vacation to roll over from the previous year.

It accrues each pay period
