Vacation & Paid Time Off

Better benefits than most retail places.

It was hard to save up vacation time, you are having to use PTO for all Federal Holidays and it takes over a year to save enough time just to take a 40 hour vacation.

You only get paid vacation or sick time if you are Full Time. There is nothing for Part Time Associates.

You had to work for quite some time (over a year)before you earned that benefit.

PTO accumulated very quickly, you only had to give 48 hour notice to use it.

Vacation 2 weeks at 6 mos. Add 1 week every year up to 4 weeks. Paid time off earned by monthly attendance.

They didn't have sick leave when i was there and you have to use vacation time if you call in for any thing

Vacation is earned by the amount of time you work.

It does add up quickly and you can get a decent amount to use. The bad thing is that you can never use it because there are always issues in the store that can and will prevent you from being able to plan a life outside of the store.
