Our compensation plan is amazing. I cannot even list all of the bonuses and incentives that we have. Plus, we have an annual performance review every January for a raise!

Depending on your franchisee each salon will have different ways to hit and earn their incentives.

Bonus is reflected off of how the company does as a whole. This is discouraging, as you could have a great year in your markets and not receive the best bonus. However, this is a team company, so it is understandable.

Just by staying busy you can earn extra money on your paychecks

Fair bonus, monthly! Depending on your salons performance! Very easy to obtain as long as your paying attitude to your salons needs

depending on the different great clips franchises, they all get different bonuses. some get bonuses for hitting your time goal with a haircut, or minutes in between customers. mine did not, however I did get a 250 dollar sign on bonus for being full time flexible schedule for over thirty days. I would say the most common bonus you get is purely just commision if you sell a certain amount of product you get a bonus. you can also get bonuses for getting others hired

The more you work the more you make. Numbers do not lie so the harder workers make the most.
