Received a small commission bonus if you were able to stick to time limits on hair cuts (aka complete so many haircuts per shift %) and a small bonus for so many product sales

Because our store was in a small community, it wasn't busy. This made it hard to reach productivity goals set by corporate. Another downside was having to perform haircuts in 13-17 minutes. Not all hair is created equal and it only took one client with long tangled hair to ruin productivity for the day.
