At this location. If you sell less than $75 worth in product sales you receive 10% if you sell more than $75 in product sales you receive 20%. If you get 33% of return customers and 77% of repeat customers you will receive .75 cents times how many hours you work.

Depends on the franchise. There's is the opportunity to make productivity at all of them but how they do it differs. At one it was daily, which is the best. The other two were per pay period which is nearly impossible to make. You would have to be super busy every day you worked, in which I personally wouldn't want to work there because I'm not a machine. You have to do at least 3 haircuts an hour for every hour your there to make productivity for that day.
1 of the franchise of the 3 I've worked at offered an extra amount on the hour for every pay period that your new customer return was 35%+, which was great.

The best part about the performance bonus is you are pretty much guaranteed to earn the bonus as long as you do the job the way you are trained to do it and keep the customers satisfied.

If only it didn't take so long to show " indivual employee performance reports as far as return and repeat return numbers. I believe there should ALWAYS be a bonus for this as it is #1 importance to the company to get the customers to come back and yet some franchises owners do not have any bonus or incentive for this.
