Performance Bonus

Each Franchisee is different but ours give you an opportunity to bonus 50-150 extra dollars per month based on your numbers performed in the salon.

The better you do, the employee's do, the salon does, you get bonuses. Many bonuses!! Hard work pays off with this company......

Bonus is based on what other people do. A good bonus is achievable. You can influence it but can't control it.

You don't get one unless you are a manager

It's ok. you must work hard and fast and keep a certain amount of haircuts all day for the whole 2 weeks to get any small bonus. you do get product bonus for selling a lot of product

Only managers get a good performance bounus. You can get little ones to up your hourly pay but by cents and you need a busy store

imposable to attain that extra 50 cents an hour if you are not busy or are doing mostly womens hair as they take more time and you are timed the moment you bring a client to your chair...they want you to give 13 to 17 minute haircuts
