Vacation & Paid Time Off

Generous PTO package. Not enough paid holidays.

Everyone who has worked there for less than 10 years receives 19 days of PTO, which includes any sick days you might need. You also have the opportunity to "purchase" up to 10 additional days which means they'll calculate how much each day is worth (based on your salary) and take it out of your paycheck over the course of the year.

It can be hard to get time off if your department runs on seniority.

You get 3 weeks of vacation time plus holidays, and you can purchase an additional 2 weeks of vacation time.

Seriously, amazing PTO, and you can "buy" more if you want (taken out of pay check at the end of the year). I have 30 days of PTO.

It may not be the top of time off given compared to other companies, but I think it's very generous. You may have different flexability options depending upon your role in the organization.

There were only 2 nursing staff allowed off at the same time, making vacation and personal errands/family a problem.

Time off is given in a lump sum at the beginning of the year.
