Worst part is if you leave before December you lose the matching funds

Was good in terms of choice and employer matching - recent change of matching to single time ate year-end is a very negative change

Good comprehensive set of options. But recently changed the match to only being credited at the end of the year, so you have to be there at end of year to collect the match. Lots of turnover and layoffs so it matters.

Worst part is that they hold onto the matching money until the end of the year. That's bad because employees are n0t able to invest that money right away. It is also bad because if you leave the company before the end of the year they don't give you the matching money at all.
