the 401K plan is excellent if you are employeed full-time. They offer some of the best stock and option plans that is on the market today to select. They match 50% of the first 6% of your yearly salary.

Thank you for your comments. The match is actually 100% up to 5% of your pay plus a 1% automatic contribution for a total of 6%.

Did not participate in 401k so don't know the details of what they offer. My memory is that it's something like 50% match up to 6% but not sure.

6% employer matching, but only in December. They used to match more often but they are trying to save money. If you leave or get fired before the end of the year then no match.
