The health insurance is expensive for the employee. Even at the high deductible plan, if you have a family, its going to cost ~$600 a month.

Company benefits are mediocre, and not a value add when trying to compete for hires. Cost and deductible for medical is too high (especially for lower income employees), PTO could be better, 401(k) contribution is OK but not great. Positive - company has done a good job of offering parental benefits; Flex work from home is big positive, but many companies are offering so not really a differential.
