Salary is very low when compared to the competitors. Other benefits are very ordinary and bonus provided is very very low

Basic insurance options. Bad thing about it is that only limited people can get bonus and the bonus amount is little to none.

Great place. Small staff but very hands in. Enjoyed the concept of the store. Basic salaries and requirements which coincides. Overall very family owned business type of place to work. If that's what you're looking for I suggest walking in for an application. Cheers!

Good benefit package. ICF puts money into your HSA for the high deductible health plans. Dependent care FSA is also available for a tax free deduction which is nice.

Best: Many managers are willing to be very flexible about working from home when the position requirements allow for that.
Worst: (1) PTO combining sick and vacation into one account means reduces overall time off and can result in an illness forcing cancellation of needed vacation.
(2) Health insurance premiums and co-pays have steadily increased while the benefits have been reduced.
