We offer a full menu of benefits to employees, their spouses or domestic partners, and their families, from the expected to the industry-leading. Our goal: to help you make your life as healthy, happy, and rewarding as possible—at work and outside of work.
The health insurance is very expensive, and the time off is not great.

New for 2017, ICF added maternity leave (100% short term disability for 5 weeks after a one week waiting period, plus additional weeks at 60%). PTO starts at 17 days (plus 8 holidays and two floating holidays), and increases slowly a few years at a time. Employee discounts on some items including cell phone, movie tickets if you seek it out (not huge discounts, but helpful). Travel office will support personal travel.
Flexibility and hours depend entirely on your division. Many divisions are friendly to working from home. Hours might be standard 40 hours a week, many divisions average more (50+) especially during busiest times. Management is sometimes amenable to compensatory time, etc.
Free coffee, hot cocoa, tea, water, etc in break room.

The health insurance gets worse each year. The company offers high deductible plans and costs are going up each year. The amount of PTO is average--not great, but not the worst.

No sick time offered for employees. PTO is decent, but without sick time, is insufficient for those with ongoing medical needs. Holidays are standard.
A PPO health insurance policy should be offered, but currently only HMO is provided as an option.

Health insurance is hands down the worst thing.

They do try to keep up with the market on offerings. I'd rather they aimed to beat the market.
