Have all the typical benefits - 401K matching, tuition reimbursement, reimbursements for conference fess/organization fees/etc. All pretty standard, but they give them to you without much hassle.

The insurance plans offered to employees are very basic, not great.
Almost cero chance of getting a raise.

ICF's benefit package was adequate; would recommend an adequate commuter allowance for employees working on client site

They have the norm when it comes to packages. One thing not listed here is that they will pay for higher education! But the one thing they are lacking is the health insurance. They do not have the standard PPO anymore. They technically have it, but it's a high deducible plan which is a pain. It is cheaper and they try to compensate with the HSA accounts but it is still not the same.

100% vested in 401k on day one. You don't have to be at ICF for a certain period before your matching contributions (upto 4%) are fully vested.
