Unless you take Kaiser insurance, you have to use SCL doctors and hospitals. If you don't, you pay a horrendous amount. And you have to change doctors - none of which are convenient locations to where we live.

The health care insurance is throught select health, it seems to be ok as far as i can tell, they have many options to choose from. the have an HSA account that they match contributions into.
