The 10% employee discount is terrible. Its a guessing game. You never know which item is going to give you a discount. And even when they do give you a discount its very marginal.

You get a paid vacation after having been there for a year. For me, however, when I became eligible for a vacation I was told that I had to take it right away or I would lose it. Something to do with a quarter ending or something. So I couldn't plan anything for my time off. Nobody cared. Thanks, Kroger.
