The benefits at Kroger are okay you get discounts on your phone bill, buying cars , and even wedding rings but you only get 10% off when buying Kroger items in the store.

Health Benefits including health, dental, vision, and prescription insurance, 1 week vacation and 2 personal days after first full year, paid holidays, paid overtime, 401K plans, grandfathered pension plan, years of service awards.

Great group of people to work with.

Medical, vision and dental plans are hard to beat and employee contributions are very reasonable for the coverage. I was able to fully cover the 7 members of my family for less that $150/mo.

Insurance hasn't started yet. Have to wait 90 days.

You only received the benefits if you were full time, and the old timers on old contracts received much better benefits than the majority of employees.

The Benefits package if you are a union member is quite stellar A+ Healthcare provided by Athem, A+ dental, and A Vision for single person use.

They give you vacation time after 1 year of work experience and will let you schedule your time off weeks in advance. In addition, they offer flexible scheduling in order to allow for school to be prioritized over work.
