Even as a minimum wage part-timer you still have to pay union dues, I never used the union so I can't comment on its benefits.

Overall the company provides a very solid benefit program. New associates in this role start with 2 weeks of vacation.

Bonuses and wage progression are a plus. Entry wages could be better, and the union could stand to be a little more proactive at the local level.

you can accumulate vacation weeks relatively quick they are not really good at giving you requested days off and you have to have seniority to get your desired vacation week.

you had not benefits if you worked part time. if you worked full time the only good thing you had received it more hours which are nice but when you has your superiors that are mean,and non reliable it made it seem that there are no benefits whatsoever.

If you're a part time worker you basically get nothing, and they will cut your hours to make sure of it.

I was not a full time employee so i did not receive full time benefits packages nor was i eligible to receive any sort of benefits or health packages or medical leave or 401k package. I do believe this is changing but I am not sure.
