I really enjoyed the discount, which was 20% off groceries.

Kroger does its best to look out for the best interest of its employees. Great 401k and benefits program. Management is always open to hearing what else they can do

Even as a part time employee you get retirement benefits, medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance. And the insurance only cost $5/week for single employee only coverage.

The worst thing about the benefits package at Kroger is that there is no benefits package at Kroger. At least not for me. Once you've worked long enough you get two weeks of paid vacation. Only a 10% employee discount, and that only applies to Kroger brand products.
