Kroger benefits

Basically only an employee discount for part-time work of less than 2 years.

The best thing was receiving 10% off Private Selection and Simple Truth brand.

I never had benefits, I worked part time. Vacation was pretty standard.

The benefits are pretty bad for non union employees. Even at the most comprehensive level offered it leaves a lot to be desired.

The healthcare benifits are great. Only catch is that you have to be a full time employee to getthe benefits, and Kroger doesnt hire many full time employees. Those that work their way up from part time to full time do so over an extensive period of time.

It is pretty easy to get time off, simply block off some time online. However, they will sometimes deny it to you, which can be extremely annoying. However, they do not offer paid time off. It's all unpaid for part time employees.

The benefits are pretty much average how ever to get better benefits you need to have been working there for a long time. Thus the more you work there the better the benefits. You get Dental, health, life insurance. and if you work there for one year you get one week of vacation.

Very good health, dental and life benefits. Co pay is very reasonable.

Paid time off if you are sick. Or If you get shot you can die on the floor but dont forget the wet floor sign.

Time off and health benefits are somewhat hard to obtain. It takes a little time to qualify but when you do they offer competitive health benefits and you qualify for PTO after a year I'm pretty sure.
