Health insurance, 401K are good. Vacations and PTO are okay, they don't give out much until 10+ years. 10% off kroger brand items is nice, which includes sale items.

You don't even need to choose when you want to go on vacation. They do that for you! Super convenient and easy. I hate making my own decisions.

The only benefit was an extra 10% off Kroger brand items with the Kroger plus card.

Best thing: I received great insurance for being a part time worker. I went to the doctor and my bill was a dollar and some change.
Worst thing: Accumulating off time takes time. I worked at Kroger 4 years before I received two weeks of vacation time.

I love it all. I pay $15 a week for insurance that includes my Husbands coverage.

Company perks are ok and the benefits package is not very great. It's cheap but not a lot of coverage. Time off is easy to get.

Paid Health, Dental and Vision. 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 and 4 weeks after 10 years. They had a 401K, but it is how much you put in and they do not match.
