Kroger benefits

I got a good amount of time off.

I was not at Kroger long enough to receive the benefits package. Even if I had been (nine months IIRC), I would only have been able to insure myself as a part-time employee, not my son. We did receive holiday pay for working on the holidays, that was nice. I think there was a discount on Kroger brand groceries as well.

They have great benefits, 401k, a retirement plan, a plan where they'll pay you back for going to college and actually passing it.

Vacation hours paid even though I worked part time. I am not sure about any other benefits because I did not work full time

After a year of employment, you are able to earn paid time off. The worst would be that the health insurance was very hush-hush.

The health insurance is under blue cross blue shield. I personally don't use it but have heard it is pretty good as far as copay and coverage.

Overall the benefits are top notch insurance at a very reasonable price, includes health, dental, vision and has a 401k plan that's matched to 5%

Kroger offers dental and health insurance to its employees. Im not sure if kroger still partners with sprint, but Kroger employees receive 20% off their sprint bill for being an employee.

You get paid time off after a year of working at Kroger. You also receive a discount on any Kroger brand products found in the store.
