$3,500 deductible. It is even more for the new people that are getting hired. Most of doctor bills will not count towards the deductible because they don't qualify. Thank the Crappy Union for that. You will never reach the deductible but yet you can spend $5000 out of pocket.

Kroger offers paid vacations to all associates who work at the company for over one year. The longer you work there the more vacation time you can earn up to 5 weeks.

Health insurance plan was good. I had four weeks vacation after 14 years. You do have the ability to take a particular day off now and then due to the ever changing scheduled shifts. While that part is helpful, the worst part of working a shift job is not having a regular schedule.

The benefits package is above average from what I have seen. I had no complain about it but it could have been better.

If you were hired part time then you would have to wait 9 months in order to receive benefits, an if you were hired a full time position you would have to wait 6 months for benefits.
