Above average but expensive.

The pay and benefits are pretty good. The amount of hours you work compared to the pay isnt bad. Didnt work any overtime so the pay was great

Since I was part-time I did not receive benefits. But those full time employees seem to enjoy their benefits.

We get alot of benefits, from doctors, dentists, eye doctor. We get good paid vacation days, from a week to three weeks, plus personal days and requested days.

During training, we are told part time employees are eligible for benefits, but that doesn't actually happen.

I think the worst thing about the benefits package at King Soopers is the amount of vacation time you get for the number of years you put in. After one year you get a week, 5 years 2 weeks and it takes 8 years to get to 3 weeks for an employee, but veterans get 5 weeks.

Little or no bonus potential available

Access to health insurance and retirement benefits through the union was OK. The pay out for the benefits was a substantial fee for the minimum wage pay we all got. No one received full-time, at least at the interview.
