There wasn't too many perks with Kroger. They are a big corporation but have stock holders to please. They were taking stock options away this year and they only offer 2 weeks vacation for the first 2 years.

Aside from the discount, you get no benefits package unless you manage to be given a full-time position. The full-time position has a phone plan, life-insurance policy, and possibly dental.
