Benefits comparable to most other companies. Vacation time begins with 2 weeks. Light on company holidays, only basic holidays. Often worked holidays when working in the perishable departments. 401k good with a comparable market match.

Nothing is very great until you've been there for a few years. Part time benefits suck but full time are fairly good.

Kroger offers a decent employee discount on many Kroger brands, as well as fresh cooked meals, and in store Starbucks items. (Which is usually increased around the holidays) After working with the company a year, you are given the opportunity to take a paid vacation week, as well as two paid personal days, as well as holiday pay. I genuinely believe Kroger is a great company to work for with a lot of room for advancement. Hard work and determination pays off.
