Benefits are amazing here, health insurance, dental, etc. Super cheap and cover a lot. Plus you get a bonus potential of $5,000.

Good cost for benefits

Health Insurance, ability to pick from 4 plans, Employee Discount, 401K, Legal Insurance, Company events/Discount events.

Descent insurance and vacations. Crap schedules.

Best: Excellent health benefits & vacations after 8 months of employment. 10% employee discounts on Kroger brand products. Worst: Open every day of year except Christmas, scheduling time off is generally blocked during all Federal type holidays. UNION scale beginning at minimum wage--no MERIT increases. All Union increase are hit & miss, about once per year at 5 to 25 cents an hour.

5 to 20 dollar health insurance week, but no spouse coverage (kids are covered only if you average 24 hours for 1 year). 401k matches 1% up to 3% then 1% for every 2% after that. Wages are set, no merit bonus (working harder doesn't give better pay). Pension
