Job Training

Training was amazing. I learned so much about photography!

It'll get you going, but a lot of the growth is personal development.

Way too thorough. Took three full 8 hour days for them to go over setting up the rig dozens of times and filling out basic paperwork.

I only trained for 1 days before being sent out to work one of the busiest days of the year

They usually send you home early, all the training is mostly boring videos

At the time of my training I had incredible on-boarding with the Human Resources department and a schedule with meetings set up with other staff from my previous manager.

32 hours of sitting at a computer and no true hands on training, you are thrown to the wolves

On the job, paid training was ok. It's a lot of information to learn and memorize with very little time to do it. Usually 1-2 weeks to learn it all, but if you don't have photography and sales backgrounds, you are going to struggle!

Training was comprehensive, but often is rushed through without a chance for questions.
