Highly flexible and responsive to needs

You get 3 weeks to start and 4 weeks after a year plus the week between Christmas and New Year's off. Then you get all the major and most "minor" holidays, and will often add an extra day to something like 4th of July if it falls on a Tues or Thurs (giving you Mon or Fri as well). My supervisor let me run a negative accrual of up to 5 days when I started so I could take vacation without having fully earned the days yet (although some managers are not as flexible).
