Performance bonuses are based on a subjective review vs. an objective one so you’re really at the mercy of others. Most people don’t receive the full amount.

Bonuses were performance basee however as long as you meet the metrics it was very attainable.

Terrible commission system! The commissions themselves are horrible, plus there is almost literally no way to track and even see what your commissions actually are. They honestly could be screwing you out of money and you would have absolutely no way of knowing outside of speculation.

they have a great bonus point plan where you can earn a lot of money if you build a nice relationship with customers.
