Performance Bonus

I never received my my bonus they claim it's in the mail.

they have great benefits and there quick on there responds

Was easy to achieve. Paid out well on a monthly basis

It's laughable! Unattainable and inconsistent it's not based on your performance, but reliant on how quickly on boarding can do their job and not mess up

Commission structure used to be decent, but it's a complete joke at this point. It's okay if you're part time, but unless it's November/December you will barely make anything.

Performance based bonuses were based entirely upon sales. You could work 4 hours and get 15 activation's making an extra $150 that day or work a whole week and only sell 2....

The good news is they have bonuses. However whatever the bonus number is, expect 50% maximum of that performance bonus. Also if you start to achieve bonuses based upon performance, they will set unrealistic expectations.

The bonus structure recently changed and it seems like you have potential to make a decent bonus but it's not really enough to feel confident about or proud of. It could be better. There are weeks when you do not see much of a bonus at all because the sales are just not there to support you.

You have to really be on the mangers good side to get perks and free things from HP.
