Performance Bonus aka Commission is base on a point system. a certain number of points is associated to a dollar value. example; 0-20= $0 21-40= $1 per point 41-60= $1.25 per point etc. maximum dollar value is $3 and its uncapped after that so being aggressive is a must. its numerous ways to earn points
