Whatever they tell you it will be, it'll actually only be between about 80% of that. Doesn't matter if you're an all-star it's never paid out more than 85% at the most

Potential to earn additional bonus money based on quarterly requirements. Sometimes goals were unattainable.

It is really hard to reach and it's not in your hands to get there. The dealers has to sell over 50% Ford service agreements and the bonus max out at 60%. However, it's not enough for them to sell them they don't count until the business office submits them. Business office personnel work on their own timeline. Most don't care that there is a lot of money on the table for the dealers, manufacturers and the finance managers, because they don't get any of it.

Awful. They use a complicated points system that reduces the performance reward when at lower sales tiers.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Points/h based, never make anything close to what corporate stores do

The bonus system is a point based system. The way it works is you take your total amount of hours and divide it by the number of points you have and that tells you how much those points are worth. The points reset every week. You get a bonus check once a month. They system is not worth it unless you have a busy location. They have contests but the contest are not easy. Last but not least the bonus structure is always changing

The best thing is you control what your commission check is going to be

Point based system where the each item has a point value. Each point is assigned a dollar value based on how many points you earn in a given week. Payouts every week.
