Reimbursement for completed college credits while working here. Need to work there for 2 years to be eligible, but is nice if you're working there to get through a degree. Would say employee discount but it was decreased during the pandemic.

Overall great benefits. Lots of vacation, personal and sick time. They just redid the paternity leave to make it better then what it is. Still areas they could improve.
