The earn rate for management on time off is stupid slow and they didn't even provide me with the CA standard 24 hrs of sicktime

Tuition assistance, but only after 2 years of working there. Employee discount. No paid time off as far as I am aware-- possibly in the case of maternal/paternal leave but I'm doubtful considering we had another manager, full time, who had a baby while I was also working there and she did not speak very positively of how the company and management treated her during the time she was gone.

Lots of discounts available, but you need to be working there for 1-2+ years before you really get any benefits.
